欢迎使用 JZS EPager（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用由余嘉俊（以下简称「我们」）开发并运营，用于将图片转换为适合电子墨水屏显示的格式，并通过 NFC 将内容传输到兼容的墨水屏设备。
我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明本应用会接触哪些信息、如何使用这些信息，以及您可行使哪些权利。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。
简要说明（核心要点）：
- 本应用不需要注册账号；
- 您的照片和设置仅在您的 iPhone 本地处理或保存，我们不会将它们上传到远程服务器；
- 本应用不含广告，也不使用第三方统计或追踪工具；
- 使用 NFC 投屏时，数据仅在您的手机与墨水屏设备之间传输，不经过我们的服务器。
一、适用范围
本隐私政策适用于您在 Apple App Store 下载并使用 JZS EPager 的全部功能，包括图片处理、屏幕类型设置和 NFC 投屏。
二、本应用会接触哪些信息
需要说明的是：本应用以本地运行为主。下文所称「接触」是指应用为实现功能而在您的设备上读取或临时使用相关信息，不代表我们会将这些信息发送或保存到我们的服务器。

此外：
- 本应用不会主动读取您的通讯录、位置、麦克风、相机或健康数据；
- 若您的 iPhone 向 Apple 发送崩溃报告，该信息由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理，并非本应用主动收集。
三、系统权限说明
本应用仅在您使用相关功能时才会请求以下权限。您可随时在 iPhone「设置 → 隐私与安全性」中关闭授权；关闭后，对应功能将无法使用。
1. 相册（照片）访问权限
- 为什么需要：让您从相册选择要处理的图片。
- 我们如何使用：仅在您的手机上进行颜色转换、预览和裁剪，不会上传至任何远程服务器。
- 您可以不授权吗：可以。您也可以使用应用内置的示例图片，无需访问相册。
2. NFC 读取权限
- 为什么需要：与兼容的电子墨水屏设备进行近距离无线通信。
- 我们如何使用：仅在您点击投屏并靠近设备时，在手机与墨水屏之间传输数据；数据不经过我们的服务器。
- 您可以不授权吗：可以。若不使用 NFC 投屏功能，则不会触发 NFC 通信。
四、我们如何使用这些信息
我们仅在以下必要范围内使用上述信息：
- 将图片转换为墨水屏可显示的格式；
- 保存并恢复您的屏幕类型偏好；
- 通过 NFC 将内容发送到墨水屏设备；
- 保障应用正常运行并符合法律法规要求。
我们不会将您的信息用于广告推送，也不会出售您的个人信息。
五、信息的保存与删除
- 保存在哪里：屏幕类型等设置保存在您的 iPhone 本地。
- 保存多久：在您卸载本应用前，上述设置会一直保留。
- 如何删除：重新选择设置即可修改偏好；卸载本应用可清除所有本地保存的数据。
- 关于照片：您从相册选择的图片不会被本应用单独存成文件；处理完成后，相关临时数据会从内存中释放。
六、是否会与第三方共享
我们不会向任何第三方出售或共享您的个人信息，以下情况除外：
- 事先获得您的明确同意；
- 法律法规、司法机关或政府主管部门的强制性要求。
本应用未接入任何第三方广告、数据统计或用户追踪服务，不会在其他 App 中追踪您，也不会弹出「允许 App 跟踪您」的系统授权请求。
七、信息安全
我们采取以下措施保护您的信息：
- 图片处理在您的手机本地完成，无需联网上传；
- NFC 通信仅在您主动操作时发起，并遵循 iOS 系统的安全机制；
- 遵循 Apple 平台的安全开发规范，及时修复已知问题。
请您妥善保管自己的 iPhone，避免他人未经授权使用您的设备。
八、您的权利
您享有以下权利：
- 查看：可在应用内查看当前保存的屏幕类型设置；
- 修改与删除：可在应用内重新选择设置，或通过卸载应用清除本地数据；
- 撤回授权：可在 iPhone「设置 → 隐私与安全性」中关闭相册或 NFC 权限；
- 咨询与投诉：如对本政策有疑问或认为权益受到侵害，请通过文末邮箱联系我们。

九、未成年人保护
本应用面向一般用户。若您未满 18 周岁，请在监护人指导下阅读本政策并使用本应用。 我们不会主动收集未满 14 周岁儿童的个人信息；如监护人发现相关情况，请联系我们，我们将尽快处理。
十、App Store 数据收集说明
Apple 要求开发者在 App Store 页面公示应用的数据处理方式。本应用的实际情况如下，供您参考：
- 不追踪您：本应用不会在其他公司的 App 或网站中追踪您的活动；
- 不上传至开发者服务器：您的照片和设置不会发送到我们的服务器；
- 无第三方服务：未使用广告、数据分析或追踪类第三方工具；
- 权限用途明确：相册和 NFC 权限仅用于上述功能，不做其他用途。

Welcome to JZS EPager (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Yu Jiajun ("we," "us," or "our"). It converts images into formats suitable for e-ink displays and transfers content to compatible e-ink devices via NFC.
We value your privacy. This policy explains what information the App may access, how we use it, and what rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the App.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all features of JZS EPager that you download from the Apple App Store and use, including image processing, screen type settings, and NFC casting.
2. Information the App May Access
Please note: the App operates primarily locally on your device. "Access" in this policy means the App reads or temporarily uses relevant information on your device to provide its features—it does not mean we send or store that information on our servers.

In addition:
- The App does not proactively access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or health data;
- If your iPhone sends crash reports to Apple, that information is handled under Apple's privacy policy—it is not actively collected by the App.
3. System Permissions
The App requests the following permissions only when you use the related features. You may revoke authorization at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security; after revocation, the corresponding feature will be unavailable.
3.1 Photo Library Access
- Why needed: To let you select images from your photo library for processing.
- How we use it: Color conversion, preview, and cropping are performed locally on your phone only—nothing is uploaded to remote servers.
- Can you decline? Yes. You may also use built-in sample images in the App without granting photo library access.
3.2 NFC Read Permission
- Why needed: To communicate wirelessly at close range with compatible e-ink display devices.
- How we use it: Data is transferred between your phone and the e-ink display only when you tap cast and hold your device near the display—data does not pass through our servers.
- Can you decline? Yes. If you do not use NFC casting, NFC communication will not be triggered.
4. How We Use This Information
We use the above information only as necessary to:
- Convert images into formats displayable on e-ink screens;
- Save and restore your screen type preferences;
- Send content to e-ink devices via NFC;
- Ensure the App operates properly and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage and Deletion
- Where stored: Settings such as screen type are saved locally on your iPhone.
- How long: These settings remain until you uninstall the App.
- How to delete: Change preferences by selecting new settings; uninstall the App to clear all locally stored data.
- About photos: Photos you select from your library are not saved as separate files by the App; temporary data is released from memory after processing is complete.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party, except:
- When we have obtained your explicit consent in advance;
- When required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities, or government agencies.
The App does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or user tracking services. It does not track you across other apps and will not prompt the system "Allow App to Track" authorization request.
7. Information Security
We take the following measures to protect your information:
- Image processing is completed locally on your phone—no network upload required;
- NFC communication is initiated only when you take action and follows iOS security mechanisms;
- We follow Apple platform security development guidelines and promptly address known issues.
Please keep your iPhone secure and prevent unauthorized use of your device by others.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- View: View currently saved screen type settings within the App;
- Modify and delete: Change settings in the App or clear local data by uninstalling the App;
- Revoke authorization: Disable photo library or NFC permissions in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security;
- Inquiries and complaints: If you have questions about this policy or believe your rights have been affected, contact us via the email at the end of this document.
We will respond within 15 business days of receiving your email.
9. Protection of Minors
The App is intended for general users. If you are under 18, please read this policy and use the App under the guidance of a guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14; if a guardian discovers such a situation, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
10. App Store Data Collection Disclosure
Apple requires developers to disclose how apps handle data on App Store pages. The actual practices of this App are as follows:
- No tracking: The App does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites;
- No upload to developer servers: Your photos and settings are not sent to our servers;
- No third-party services: No advertising, analytics, or tracking third-party tools are used;
- Clear permission purposes: Photo library and NFC permissions are used only for the features described above.
Privacy labels on the App Store page are based on App Store Connect submissions; if there is any discrepancy, this policy shall prevail.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you through in-app notices or other means. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
